The Signature is the treatment most clients start with and the one they keep coming back to. It opens with a double cleanse and exfoliation, then moves through extractions as needed, a relaxing facial massage, a custom mask, and finishing products. What makes it work for nearly any skin type is that nothing is decided in advance. The products and the intensity are chosen after looking at your skin that day, whether you're dealing with congestion, dryness, or you simply want to stay on track. Everything your skin needs, nothing it doesn't.

  • What's included in the Signature Facial?

    Sixty minutes covering a full skin analysis, double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions as needed, a relaxing facial massage, a custom mask, and finishing products with SPF. It's $125.

  • How is the Signature different from the Express?

    The Signature adds fifteen minutes, extractions, and the facial massage. The Express is a surface reset, while the Signature actually addresses congestion and gives your skin a deeper treatment.

  • Do extractions hurt?

    Most people describe it as pressure rather than pain, and it's brief. We soften the skin first so everything releases more easily, and we stop when your skin has had enough. Tell us if anything feels uncomfortable and we'll adjust.

  • Is the Signature right for my skin type?

    Almost certainly. Nothing about it is fixed in advance. The products and the intensity are chosen after looking at your skin the day you come in, which is why it works whether you're oily, dry, sensitive, or somewhere in between.

  • How often should I come in?

    Every four weeks is the sweet spot for most skin, since that roughly matches your skin's natural turnover cycle. If you're working on a specific concern we may suggest coming in more often at first.

  • Should I wear makeup to my appointment?

    You can. We double cleanse at the start, so it all comes off. Come straight from work if that's easier.
